2011年3月11日に起きた東日本大震災を受けて、
HeliosやGoldmund名義で活動するKeith Kenniffと奥さんのHollieの２人が
チャリティーコンピレーションのプロジェクトを立ち上げました。

坂本龍一さん、Harold Budd、Peter Broderick、Alva Noto、Urrich Schnauss、Taylor Deupree、Olafur Arnalds、Dustin O'Halloran、Last Days、The American Dollar等、アンビエント、エレクトロニカ、ポストクラシカル・シーンから世界各国の名立たるアーティスト達がこのチャリティーコンピレーションに参加し、３８曲収録の大ボリューム２枚組コンピレーションアルバムが誕生しました。
日本からもausさん、Ametsubさん、Cokiyuさん、Sawakoさん、Ex-Confusionさん、little phraseが参加しています。

このCDのレーベルへの収益は、ニューヨークに設立されたNPOジャパン・ソサエティーのJapan Earthquake Relief Fundに100％寄付されます。
